Founded by John Krewer, a seasoned law enforcement expert with nearly two decades of experience with the Philadelphia Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, ISS is built on a strong foundation of expertise, integrity, and a relentless dedication to public safety. Throughout his distinguished career, John has led complex investigations involving violent gangs, narcotics trafficking, murder-for-hire operations, and organized crime.
John’s extensive law enforcement background is complemented by significant experience in the security industry. He served as the Head of Security Operations for one of the largest outdoor concert venues in the Northeast, overseeing the safety and security of thousands of attendees at each event. Additionally, as Director of Health and Safety for one of the nation’s largest music festivals, John was responsible for safeguarding over 60,000 patrons across two days. This vast experience managing large-scale security operations under high-stress conditions positions Integrity Security Services as a leader in providing reliable, professional protection for clients across diverse sectors, including corporate, hospitality, construction, residential, and special events.

At Integrity Security Services (ISS), we’re looking for committed individuals who are ready to make a difference in the security field.
You must be an active law enforcement officer or a retired law enforcement officer. All retirees must have completed at least 10 years of service and either possess or be eligible for HR-218 certification. Additionally, all retirees must have separated from their departments in good standing and not under investigation at the time of separation.
